The Zenstride Methodology:

Our sessions are structured to provide immediate feedback and long-term results. We begin by analyzing your current form and "rhythm." From there, Steven guides you through the technical aspects of efficient running—focusing on cadence, arm swing, and posture to ensure you are moving in harmony with gravity rather than fighting it.

 

The centerpiece of our offering is the Mindful Breath Integration. You will learn how to use specific breathing patterns to regulate your heart rate and stay present during high-effort intervals.
